We focus on fewer clients with more personalized attention. With our client’s permission, we push every case to trial. Our interest is in serving our clients.
  2. We stay local. Over 95% of our DUI clients are in the Miami-DadeCounty court system. We handle cases outside of Miami-Dade County ONLY if the clients are family members or close personal friends. We focus all our efforts on Miami-DadeCounty. We are in the same DUI courtrooms almost every day.
  3. We are part of the community. Both partners speak, write, and read fluent Spanish. Both attorneys at our firm have extensive ties to the Miami-DadeCounty area, and both are heavily involved with the Hispanic Community. Justin K. Beckham is the only 4th generation lawyer in Miami history.
